Do you offer shipping or local drop-off?

Yes — we accept both. Shipped items must be securely packaged and insured by the customer.

For the most accurate current timing, please check our LIVE TURNAROUND TIME CLOCK.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on several factors including surface area, level of prep work required, number of colors, laser engraving requirements, stencil work, and overall complexity of the project.

Do you require a deposit?

A deposit may be required for large, complex, or highly custom jobs to secure your position in our queue. ****All deposits are non-refundable once work has begun..

Do I need to disassemble my firearm or equipment before dropping it off?

We can handle full disassembly and reassembly — fees may apply. If you choose to disassemble yourself, ensure it is fully disassembled with no small parts or hardware remaining — we are not responsible for any loose or missing components left inside the equipment. Note: The cleaner and more fully disassembled the parts are at drop-off, the faster they move through prep and coating, which can reduce turnaround time. If unsure, we strongly recommend letting us handle the disassembly for safety and quality assurance.

Legal / Firearm Handling Requirements

• All firearms must comply with all federal and Arizona state laws and be legally owned by the customer.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at drop-off and pickup.
• We are not an FFL transfer center — firearms must be dropped off and retrieved by the owner only.
• Firearms must be completely unloaded — no ammunition may be present at any time.
• All firearms must arrive cased — NO EXCEPTIONS. when being received — NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Any unsafe or negligent handling will result in immediate service refusal.

Care, Wear, Break-In & Warranty Expectations

• Cerakote is highly durable but not impervious — normal wear from holsters, brass ejection, friction, and moving parts is expected and not considered a defect.
• Avoid extended exposure to direct Arizona heat or sun when possible — prolonged heat accelerates wear.
• After each use — wipe away oils, sweat, and moisture to maintain longevity.
• Before firing — always inspect the firearm for proper and safe function.
Break-In Notice: Firearms may experience a normal 200–300 round break-in period. Field-strip, inspect, and clean after the first 200 rounds.

Support, Recoating & Touch-Up Policy

Cerakote cannot be spot-repaired like paint — a full recoating is the only proper method for refreshing or changing the finish. This ensures durability, adhesion, and a factory-quality result.
